About Me.

Riley Rheyan is an award-winning writer-director based in the UK, crafting darkly comedic, emotionally grounded stories that hit hard and linger. Her work centres female-led narratives, and brings a distinctive, compelling presence both on the page and behind the camera.
Her directorial debut, Cherry Blossoms in March, a raw and personal story about her sister's life with cystic fibrosis, earned over a dozen international awards and selections. Her script Bleed won the Raindance 3-2-1 worldwide screenwriting competition, with a premiere in London.
Riley is currently developing a slate of narrative projects and writing her debut feature, Good Mourning, a dark romcom that is equal parts love story and existential crisis, with some snogging in between.
